Refund policy all refund will be subject 10% restocking fees. All registration is non-refundable if classes starts within 14 days.

No hassle make up policy. If your child misses a class it’s ok, we welcome you to make up your class anytime please email us to let us know when you like to come in as some of the classes get fill up quickly. Or you can use the credit towards one of our fun and engaging chess camps where they get the opportunity to meet other kids with different chess levels.

Mini Camp Lunch Policy

A pizza lunch is provided for all registered Mini Camp participants, and bottled water will also be available. By signing up, you acknowledge and accept that this is the sole lunch option we provide.

For the safety of all campers, we require parents to inform us of any and all food allergies at least 48 hours before the start of the camp. Please email us with this information. We are unable to provide alternative lunch options, so families with children who have food allergies will need to provide a packed lunch that is free of allergens.
