Ready to take your chess game to the next level? This Intermediate 1 class invites young players to deepen their strategic understanding through targeted study. Running for 13 one-hour sessions from September 19 to December 19, 2025, students will engage with opening traps, tactical combinations, master game analysis, and visualization exercises. Priced at $40 per session, the total cost is $520.

Key Highlights:

1. Opening Traps & Tactical Combos: Students learn to identify and exploit short opening traps and execute 1–2 move tactical combinations to gain early advantages.
2. Checkmates in 2–4 Moves: Sharpen endgame skills with multi-move checkmate patterns, building both planning ability and foresight.
3. Master Games Analysis: Study the greats—dissect master-level games to understand strategic decision-making and high-level thinking.
4. Visualization Training: Develop mental foresight through 1–2 move visualization drills, helping students anticipate opponent strategies.

By the end of this Intermediate 1 class, students will confidently execute opening traps, calculate multi-move tactics, and articulate checkmate sequences.
